The SunSetter 1000XT is a manually operated awning with adjustable support arms that can be positioned vertically on your deck or patio, or angled back against the side of your house. These adjustable support arms give the awning excellent stability — for windy locals, for example — and they allow the Model 1000XT to utilize our optional Screen Room, turning your deck or patio into a bug-free zone. The 1000XT can also be installed under overhangs as low as 7 ft., making it a good choice for homes that cannot install a Motorized or VISTA awning. The 1000XT projects out 10 ft. 2 in. from your home when fully open. It is available in our Traditional Laminated Fabric only.
